You should also try to just be sure you purchase top quality laminate. A few of the lower quality, or cheaper laminate planks will warp or peel. It can look beneficial saving some dollars, but seriously, you would like the flooring to last a good Ten years not 5 minutes.
If it begins to peel, you will have to replace the offending slat, which is not entertaining because you might find that you have to draw up numerous boards to replace one. This is especially true if you're using the glueless laminate flooring.
Glueless laminate flooring is exactly what it sounds like; there is no glue called for. The boards actually hold themselves down, and when you are installing laminate flooring, it is a good thing, believe us. Glue can easily tend to be messy, and you will want quite a bit of it to cover your complete room.
When you do choose to go with glue however, chances are you'll discover that the slats usually do not warp quite as quickly. Even if you are using the glueless slats, it is possible to glue them right down to reinforce.
