Making Mealtime Meaningful with Baby One of my favorite parts of the day is when Jon gets home from work and the three of us sit down for dinner at our tiny kitchen table. Soren sits in his high-chair pulled up next to us, and Jon and I sit across from each other. I love sharing these special moments where we can sit down, eat, and be in company with each other. We laugh at Soren’s silly faces, try to keep the mess to a minimum, catch up on our day, and enjoy good food.AdvertisementI also love being able to give Soren a variety of foods to try, baby care, and I enjoy the challenge of putting together fun meals for him — especially for dinner. He’s a great eater, and especially great at drinking his water! He also lives for snack-time,baby nappies, just like his mom. ;) Mealtimes are also when we work on teaching Soren. We’ll work on words, signing, and talk to him about his day. It melts my heart every time he signs “more” for his favorite foods.I hope to continue creating tradition and meaningful moments around dinnertime in our family. What a beautiful way to come together, be intentional, and learn from each other! What are some of your favorite ways to make intentional time with your family? http://lefkadasoccerclub.gr/index.php/forum/welcome-mat/191363-brand-focus-pipsy-koalal#191362 https://sonichu.com/cwcki/User_talk:Lonwaysafety http://facenet.net.nz/event/32921 http://miasto.debica.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?p=18769#18769 |
