1. Before starting the machine, check whether each rotating part is flexible, whether the motor terminal is firm and reliable, and whether the reducer is full of lubricant.
2. During the use of the vertical mill, it is necessary to check the condition of each lubrication point, that is, the lubrication status and the oil level; and the temperature rise of the main bearing lubricating oil does not exceed 55°C, and the temperature rise of the transmission bearing and the speed reducer does not exceed 55 °C, height cannot exceed 60 °C.
3. To maintain vertical roller mill equipment in the process of smooth operation, no strong vibration, no abnormal noise. The feed should be uniform to avoid abnormalities in the equipment.
4. After the shutdown, it should be cleaned in time to prevent the dry skin and solidification of the materials and affect the next startup.
Vertical mill daily maintenance details
1. Regularly check the use of fasteners, if there is looseness and wear, whether the joint surface has water leakage or oil leakage. If the above situation occurs, it must be repaired in time.
2. All lubricants of the vertical mill should be fully discharged when the equipment is put into operation for one month, and then thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new oil.
3. The newly installed liner bolts are prone to loosening, and the anchor bolts need to be inspected frequently after being used for a period of time.
4. Regularly check the wearing condition of wearing parts of vertical mills. For example, when the liner is worn out by 70% or has a crack of 70 mm, it should be replaced in time.
